about me

I am an elementary teacher who never had time to enjoy cooking. Since moving to Hawaii 3 years ago, I have not worked full time so I have had lots of time to experiment and learn that I do like to cook. I am married to a great man who will eat just about anything, so I can try any recipe I want and he will try it.
I love the beach and could go there everyday. I also enjoy reading, watching movies, and exercising.
I love Zaar and am having a great time learning how to cook after all this time!

Favorite Foods:

Fish, desserts, tapioca pudding, Mexican food, Chinese food

Favorite Restaurant-- Ruth's Chris I am not a big steak fan, but theirs are TO DIE FOR!
It is a little pricey, so I don't get there as often as I like.
