I love to cook and, most of all, I love to eat. I really enjoy trying new recipes and having great triumphs in the kitchen.

Favorite Foods:

I like all foods with the exception of cantaloupe. One of my favorite summer splurges if fried okra...YUM! I LOVE authentic mexican fare and a perfectly smoked rack of baby back ribs is hard to beat in my book! I'm not that in to sweets but if I had to pick a fave it would be chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies.
