about me

I live in the middle of the state of Florida on the east coast, near the beach. We love it here. Though it's hot most of the time, we get a nice breeze from the water, so that helps.

I spend a lot of time cooking for my family, friends and co-workers, so I am always in the kitchen cooking up something special. I can't wait to really get into looking at all the recipes here on Zaar. With 300,000.00 recipes it will take me awhile, so I guess I will be here for a long time! Vale

Favorite Foods:

I love soul food, that's good for the heart. Good down home cooking is my favorite, such as Southern Fried Chicken, and homemade biscuits along with some good ole collard greens and some yummy coleslaw. Now that's some kind of meal! I also try my hand from time to time with some gourmet type meals or ethnic recipes that sound really good. Not much I won't try except Rocky Mountain Oysters haaaaaaha!
