I eat very healthfully, and am usually happy living as a new vegetarian. My diet is a bit on the loopy side. I don't eat eggs, but will drink organic milk, although I try to just drink soy milk. On occasion I'll eat some fish/seafood. Absolutely no warm blooded meats though. I'm hoping to find some great vegetarian recipes on this site and to share some of my own.
