about me

My husband and I reside in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. After landscaping for 25 years, I've retired to house cleaning. For fun, I love to spend time with my house bunny Cocoa, garden, and spend time outdoors hiking, camping etc. Though I'm not the best cook, I like trying new recipes to practice. My favourite cookbook was always "The Joy of Cooking", though now Recipezaar is neck and neck.
My pet peeves are wet socks(while I'm wearing them), greasy fingers, getting up early. My passions are my Christian faith, my family, and watching Mike Weir play golf!

If I had a month off, I would decorate and finish our house, and spend time with my hubby.

Favorite Foods:

My favourite food is LOBSTER, then macaroni and cheese

My favourite dish to cook is salmon: quick, easy, tastes yummy! The dish that people seem to remember me for is my chicken. I like to use Knorr's herb/garlic marinade YUM!
My favourite restaurant at present is Boston Pizza...MMMM, Three cheese fettucine!
