about me

I live near Rochester NY with my husband and our cat, Fluffy. It's actually Fluffy's house, but he allows us to live here as long as we pamper him and feed him generously. My daughter, Kree, whom some of you know from Zaar, was the one who got me hooked here. I was previously in a rut with cooking, making the same old stand-by's week after week. Then Kree came home to live during grad school, and started making some new and delicious meals and telling me about a game called Zaar Tag. Now I'm hooked, too!
In my free time I like to take long rides or sit by the water, both of which I find very relaxing. I also like to do counted cross-stitch and read. I did more cooking before I started working full-time, and plan to again when I retire (still years away, but dreaming).

Favorite Foods:

I don't do seafood and I don't handle spicy foods well. Other than that, I love to eat!
