We like it hot here in the Arizona desert. My husband is a better chef than me. He's in charge of all high quality cuts of meat. I'm in charge of chicken, slow cooking roasts and side dishes. We've got great kids who love garlic and most seasonings and who like most vegetables (sometimes more than the main course). My eldest loves palek paneer and will eat most other spicy hot foods, and my youngest is beginning to develop a taste for slightly spicy (hot) dishes. The problem is is that we are all spoiled rotten with gourmet cooking.

Anything ethnic.
Anything that doesn't require turning on the oven in the summer, which is April to September here in the desert.
