I sing semi professionally. By that I mean I get paid to sing but I'm not someone you would have heard of.

I love to cook, fish, hunt, play pool, roller skate, shoot craps, garden and play Texas Holdem.

I drive a candy apple red ragtop C6 Corvette, and haven't been caught yet.

Pet peeve number one: is someone not following a recipe correctly then complaining when it does not come our correctly it!

Pet Peeve number two is, someone using Inferior ingredients then complaining about the taste.

Pet Peeve number three is, pay toilets!!

I like to collect cookbooks and have over 600 of them.

Favorite Foods:

My fried rice pizza.

Grilled fish.

Lemon meringue pie.

Anything chocolate.
