I own a small trucking company. When I have spare time, I love to cook and canoe/outdoorsy watery stuff. If I had a month off work I would build a drive way, carport and covered patio at my home. Started learning to cook with a cookbook paperback I found, called "Cooking for Poor People" put out by President Richard M. Nixon.
Favorite dish to cook? Sezchaun chicken, maybe. Famous for my pot pies and beef jerky and charcoal cookin'. Ponacs, in Kansas City, Mo is definately the best mexican food in the country.
