about me

I love to bake, cook and am also starting to grill more often. I have a pretty good collection of classic family recipes, but am always trying something new. I consider myself an intermediate chef with good technique. I love experimenting.

During the day, I'm a photographer and photography professor. I'm married with a goldendoodle and a fat gray cat.

Some of my favorite foods are desserts, since I love to bake. On the list: cinnamon coffee cake, chocolate chip banana bread, ultimate chocolate chip cookies, chocolate fudge, apple crisp, chocolate raspberry torte with ganache...

Some favorite entrees include: garlic parmesan-encrusted tilapia, spicy chicken noodle soup, tacos, beef stew, white bean zucchini penne, rosemary tomato chicken and margharita pizza.
