about me

I primarily love to bake and cook, but will sometimes be seen grilling. I have a pretty good collection of classic family recipes, but am always trying something new.

During the day, I'm a photographer and photography professor. I'm married to a guy that loves to cook too, and we have a giant dog.

Favorite Foods:

Favorite desserts: cinnamon coffee cake, chocolate chip banana bread, ultimate chocolate chip cookies, chocolate fudge, apple crisp, chocolate raspberry torte with ganache... the list goes on and on.

Favorite entrees include: garlic parmesan-encrusted tilapia, spicy chicken noodle soup, shredded beef tacos, beef stew, white bean zucchini penne, rosemary tomato chicken and margharita pizza.
