Hello,

I just found this web site. I didn't have very many ingredients or time and went on line to see if I could find an easy recipe to make a quick supper. (meals have been stuck in a rut lately). So glad I found it. How come nobody emailed me about it ? Oh yeah, you don't know me.

I'm a stay at home mom. I have a fifteen year-old daughter who has Asperger's and a thirteen year-old son, who has severe autism,(non-verbal, incontinent etc.).

Meal choices can get pretty crazy around here, sometimes having to make three different meals because son and daughter have such big hang-ups. Soooo I am as happy as a lark to have found this site, hoping it will make my life a little easier.
