about me

I am a teacher with a lot of time on my hands this summer!! I have found so many easy and wonderful recipes on this site so I decided to add some of my favorites! My boyfriend proposed in December and one of my goals, before our wedding, is to be a better cook. I try different recipes all of the time, but am pretty short on cash, so I really try to use the ingredients I already have when I cook.

Favorite Foods:

Lasagna, Mexican food, Steak. From the Midwest, so I am happy with meat and potatoes!
