about me

I'm a Christain wife of a wonderful godly man. So far the Lord has not blessed us with children, but we are hoping He will soon. We are working toward getting me home fulltime, but until then I have to work.
I enjoy cooking, but the day-to-day having to rush home from work, figure out something to make, make dinner, and clean up, wears on me. So in this season I like yummy, quick and easy recipes and lots of crockpot stuff.
On the weekends, I enjoy baking and even have a side business making cheesecakes. I also like canning, and making things from scratch like butter, cheese, and bread.

Favorite Foods:

I love Tex-Mex, Thai, Indian, and Mediterranean/Greek foods. My favorite dessert is cheesecake.
