I love to cook and I love to eat even more! I live on the seacoast in NH and enjoy the way of life here. Being close to the city, mountains, oceans and lots of lakes makes for the perfect life for me. Seafood is abundant here and I love it. I actually love all kinds of cuisines and enjoy experimenting in the kitchen. This looks like a great place to find some recipes to try!

Seafood, Grilled foods, specialty dishes from New England, specialty dishes from the South and Ethnic dishes from all over the world. Some of my favorites are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Turkish, Greek, French and German to name a few!
