about me

I'm a Christian college kid (for now) and am very happily married. I love to cook and aspire to do it well.

I've only been cooking for a little over a year now, but there are already quite a few people whom I have surpassed. Interestingly enough, I tell people it's not necessarily that I'm a good cook per se, just that I know how to pick the right recipes. This is why I stick around here.

I am a finance major and plan to graduate in Spring of '09. I'm not quite sure exactly where this path will take me, but hopefully, if I'm good enough at it, maybe to an early retirement. :D

Favorite Foods:

meat, cheese, veggies, potatoes, fruit, and of course chocolate... basically, I love a little bit of all of it. (However, I have been known to be a picky eater.)

Chicken parmigiana is one of my favorites, but I also love a good traditional home cooked meal with my four favorite food groups (meat, potatoes, veggies, and bread) and cannot go for more than a day or two without one!
