about me

I LOVE to cook. My father has been a chef for the last 40 odd years from when he learnt to cook in the army. He taught my mother and then me to cook, and i am now getting my 2yr old son into it as well. He loves to sit on the bench each night and "help" me make dinner.
I love creating new dishes of my own, just by using what i have in the cupboard and fridge, and i love people that appreciate really good food.

Favorite Foods:

Lasagne, Cannaloni(also one of my favourite things to make), Irish stews, Home-made bread and biscuits.
