about me

I live in Oakville Ontario Canada & have been retired for 7 years. I have always been interested in cooking but now that I'm retired I have the time to explore all kinds of new & exciting recipes. As a matter of fact I now do most of the cooking for my wife & I & really enjoy it. There are so many great web sites for recipes that I hardly ever refer to a cookbook. We both love to travel especially to Mexico.

Favorite Foods:

I love making deserts. One that comes to mind is Cherry-Pineapple Dump Cake. I make my own seasoned breadcrumbs from scratch. These I use on a wide variety of meat and poultry dishes. I am looking forward to getting recipes from your web site.
