Married to my best friend! Absolutely love to cook. It's my therapy!
When I am not cooking, I am riding my Hunter Jumpers. I am a dual-citizen of Ireland so I am always on the hunt for new European recipes.
To me, there is nothing better than ending the day with a glass (or two) of wine and a fantastic home cooked meal. My husband would agree!

Favorite Foods:

Greek, Persian, Italian and Indian, English. . . all of them!

I look forward to the changing of each season to cook meals appropriate to that time of year! Late Fall/Winter: Lasagna, soups, braised slow cooker dishes, etc!
