I love to cook by the seat of my pants and see what I can come up with on a whim with whatever happens to be in my kitchen. Love to add liquor or butter to almost anything.

Best original kitchen idea I ever came up with is putting a folded paper towel into a carton of mushrooms once opened and re-covering it with plastic wrap keeps them fresh and from "dying" for over a week.
