Food and animals are my biggest passions in life. I was a latchkey kid and had to learn to fend for myself. I do not have a signature dish. Friends and family have come to expect the unexpected. They know when they come to my house, they are going to get a lot of variety. I'm not afraid to take chances... there are no rules when it comes to cooking!

One of my biggest pet peeves is people who refuse to try new things.

Favorite Foods:

I love Asian, Greek, German, Italian, etc. All food can be great, depending on how it is prepared.
