I work in a bakery. We do 6 types of bread, pies, brownies, cookies, cakes, sweet breads, pastries, and muffins. I absolutely love it, but the hours (12am-8am) are rough. At home, I love trying out new recipes. My favorite foods to make are Southern/Soul, Asian, and Latin. I do have quite a challenge since I am predominately vegetarian (I sometimes eat shrimp and fish if wild) and the rest of my family is not.
Favorite dishes that I make: Spaghetti, Eggplant Lasagna, Vegan Lasagna, Bread Pudding, Pumpkin Bread, Tofu Stir Fry, Chile Rellenos with Green Rice, Buckwheat Pancakes, Potato Cakes, Vegan Turnip Greens.
Favorite Dishes elsewhere: Outback's Coconut Shrimp, I try flan and tarimisu wherever served, Bucca di Peppo's Salmon with pesto, Merridee's Pasta Salad, Aunt Pat's Tuna Salad, Aunt Cheryl's Cornbread Dressing, Mom's Potato Soup.
