about me

I am a former dietitian who is currently raising 7 very active children ages 8-18. I came to this website for game recipes since my boys like to hunt and we all like to eat. I was really pleased with the recipes I found. We do a lot of cooking since it isn't practical for a family our size to go out to eat. We also make some of our own bread, pizza, sweet rolls, etc. from freshly ground wheat. My favorite cookbook is Jane Brody's Good Food Book. I am always looking for good healthy recipes that are economical
