Stay at home mommy. Like to cook & bake. Living in the FL sunshine allows me year round access to fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables. I like to experiment a lot with fresh ingredients. BBQ's in the lanai are pretty much a year round thing. Cocktails with friends & neighbors into the wee hours sitting out there is also a year round thing.

My new favorite foods are things that are easy to make, whether they are in the slow cooker or semi-homemade.
