I was raised by my Mom to eat very healthy, but later on I ate lots of junk food etc... and ended up with (31) gallstones due to it. Now I'm taking care of my body and eating healthy again. I'm slowly on a journey to become a Vegan and not eat any processed foods. I really consume alot of hot and cold Green Tea and Soy products. I feel that if people in America would eat healthier and lay off the fast food we wouldn't have all these health problems.Statistics show other countries are healthier than us and that's really sad in this day and age. We need to eat foods that fuel our brain and bodies, and pass that on to each generation, so our country will be healthy one.
