Wife, mother, college student, x-navy, and baking-addicted fool!! I love to bake and cook for friends, family, neighbors or strangers who request something they heard about through the grapevine. Everyone seems to love my "cuppycakes" as my son calls them. I use old recipes from my great grandma and my nana, along with some of my own creations, like Lemon-Blueberry Cuppycakes with Fresh-squeezed Lemon Buttercream... Yum!! Our friends that come to visit usually request my crock pot diner chili that we all pick at for two days, if it lasts that long! My favorite all time restaurants: Different Point of View in Arizona, the AMEX Arena Club at the Staple's Center in Los Angeles with tables overlooking the ice, Raviolis! Italian Bistro in Lake Elsinore, California, La Paloma Mexican Restaurant in LaVerne, California and The Seaside Cafe in Yokosuka, Japan.

Anything sweet! I also love anything cheesy... or creamy... with garlic, shrimp, lobster, pasta, heavy cream, brandy... gotta go cook!!
