about me

I was brought up by a father who is Spanish Italian and loves to Cook... I started cooking at age 12, but was observing both my Nana and my Nona (both Grandmothers) since I was about 8. I love to cook seafood, meat, stove top or grilling... just don't ask me to bake!!! I cook at home and my wife does the clean up, a deal we made when we married... and it works for both...
