I live in Amish Country, PA and am an independent representative for Silpada Designs (awesome sterling silver jewelry). My cookbook collection ranges from Joy to Betty Crocker to Southern Living Annuals. I seem to like the fund raiser published cookbooks the best though. I definately like to eat more than I like to cook. I enjoy shopping, travelling and getting together with friends. Rude and self absorbed people turn me off as do children who do not appreciate a home cooked meal! If I had a month off I would spa-it at an exotic location, drink in hand.

Favorite Foods:

I like to cook anything I can sample during cook time, such as spaghetti sauce. Cookie dough works too and baking is cool with me. My famous ricotta cheese cookies are a Christmas standard in our family and probably my trademark recipe. Favorite restaurants are the non-chain type with a seasonal menu, nice wine list and over the top desserts!
