Passions are reading, organic gardening, cooking, and animal rescue - I am obsessive about animal rights, especially dogs. I ride a motorcycle with my husband and we love to camp - and I'm pretty good at simple stove-top meals since my husband and I and our son lived on a sailboat for years (we homeschooled).
I have a gazillion allergies & celiac disease, and am on a restricted diet, no gluten or grains except rice (so baking is a challenge), and no dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts or anything processed. Love fresh salads, occasional seafood, just about any vegetable, and trying new cuisines. I am thrilled (!!!) to have found this site!
