Hi! I'm new to this amazing site and would like to thank you all for the wonderful recipes you post! This is by far the best recipe site on the Internet!

I'm something of an adventurous cook and LOVE to experiment with Eastern spices and herbs. However, my greatest culinary achievements have been total accidents... lots of substitutions, botched recipes that took a different route, etc.

Admittedly, my cooking kind of lacks finesse, as I am still learning some of the basic rules, but with a bit of practise, I'm sure I'll soon be ready to join your ranks and start posting some tasty recipes of my own!

Favorite Foods:

East Indian, Thai, Middle Eastern, West Indian, some Italian and Greek. Seafood, colourful vegetables, and lots of spice and flavour!
