I live in Auckland, New Zealand, and was bought up by a mum who loved cooking. Currently I find it a bit of a chore, but as my kids get older (currently 3.5 and 5.5) I am hoping they will get more adventurous.

My son has a severe nut allergy, so we don't buy any pre-made meals or biscuits, instead we are always baking, so I am always on the hunt for simple, yummy baking ideas!
