I am a single mom of a very picky eater. My child challenges me everyday to find SOMEthing to eat. I work in an assisted living facility as a morning cook and old-fashioned recipes are the norm there. My passions are for my friends, my church and my child. My pet peeves are 1.) lying men, 2.)spending money foolishly, and 3.)searching for something I KNOW is there, but not being able to find it where I KNOW it should be.(Anyone know another keyword for menu planning?)

Favorite Foods:

ANYTHING that has cheese in/on/with it. LOL
Salisbury steak has become a favorite recently.
Dish I am "famous" for is my adaption of Velveeta Southwestern Meatloaf and my adaption of Wacky Mac Chicken Salad. Those are the two dishes I make the best anyhow. I also do a pretty good imitation of Eggs Benedict.
