about me

I have been posting for a long time now and only just got around to filling in this page.
I live in the North West of UK with my DH.
I am mum to 2 grown up boys who have flown the nest.
We are great F1 lovers and would love to go to each and everyone of the races, but content ourselves with TV coverage at the moment.
We have a great job in the summer holidays in that we run a large hands on science summer school where we have lots of children with us and do amazing science with them.

Favorite Foods:

I will try almost anything. I love trying out new recipes.

I hate coriander (cilantro) with a passion and also spinach and avocados. Apart from that my DH does not eat tomatoes so that cuts down on trying a lot of recipes.
