I'm a globe-trotting vegetarian who loves to bake. I've recently gotten into cooking more savory dishes for my meat-eating parents. I'm in love with mushrooms, tofu, and all things chocolate. I've never met a cookie I didn't like. My dream is to one day own a quaint little cafe/bakery...preferably somewhere near the sea...

Favorite Foods:

Thai and Indian are my favorite ethnic foods. I am the world's greatest lover of oatmeal (self-proclaimed). I also love popcorn, green beans, onions, and fruit.
