Cooking is my main hobby. I work full time as an executive assistant, and all day at work I look forward to creating a healthy and fun meal for me and my husband to enjoy together. I often log onto the internet at lunch to get meal ideas. The weekends are when I like to cook things that take a little more time and effort. I have been putting together my own cookbook over the years, to share with my family members and to pass down treasured recipes collected during my lifetime.

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican and Italian food. I am always trying different enchilada recipes. I like comfort foods and spicy food. I like vegetarian dishes and love to create different ways to use vegetables. I usually cook a meatless meal twice a week.
