about me

I've been married for almost 30 years and we have two daughters. DD#1 is a math teacher and DD#2 is in culinary school. We also have a golden retriever (Acadia), sheltie mix (Panda), and 4 cats (Little-Man, Lunar, Maggie & BJ). We love to travel all over the USA in our 42' Monaco motorcoach. We also have traveled to Chicago for deep dish pizza, Kentucky for BBQ, PA for the garlic & Kutztown festivals, RI for seafood, Maine for lobster, Cape May NJ for the Wine Festival and many other places known for their culinary goodies.

Favorite Foods:

Hmmmm? This is tough as there are so many things. I love dungeoness crab, lobster, ice cream, quiche, prime rib, lamb chops, Asian pears, coffee, fresh Jersey sweet corn, tuna ahi, farm raised salmon, pulled pork, clementines, black seedless grapes, brown rice with butter, tiramisu, coconut custard and many more items. It would have been a lot easier to list what I don't like! LOL!
