Like the rest of you, I love to cook. I love to learn new recipes and share my own.

I am a photographer and food is one of my favorite subjects. I use the same username on www.instructables.com and have contributed several of my favorite recipes there with steps and photos.

I am known for my curries, home-made sushi parties and my cheese cakes.

I recently moved to the country where I have a pasture and unlimited garden possibilities so I am interested in ways to make the most of this new space.

Favorite Foods:

Sushi, Indian and Thai curries, Italian food-- especially lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo, roasted root vegetables, particularly beets and onions. Cheese cake and lemon pie.
