Recipe Chaser

about me

I chose Recipe Chaser as my nickname because I love doing anagrams (rearranging the letters in a word to make a different word). "Chaser" is an anagram of "search", and since I'm always searching for the perfect recipe, I thought it was fitting.

Favorite Foods:

Comfort food! Yes, the fat filled, calorie laden and artery clogging stuff. I try to be good but end up losing the battle most of the time. My favorite chef is Paula Deen, the Butter and Mayonnaise Queen. I figure since I don't drink, smoke, gamble or have any other vices, I'm entitled to eat how I want to. (Eat right, exercise, die anyway). I know everyone can't eat this way, but I'm lucky to be blessed with good genes. My family, as far back as I can remember, has always cooked with bacon grease, butter, sugar, red meat, eggs, etc., and most family members live to be in their 90s. I don't recommend a steady diet of these types of foods, but I don't shy away from them either. Thankfully, my husband prefers a "Rubenesque" woman rather than a Victoria Beckham stick figure.
