about me

I'm a life long cook that has just gotten lazy in the past year. Building a house just took too much time to bother with cooking. I'm not a spring chicken anymore so I modify practically everything for fat and calorie content. I'm an old newlywed and want to keep Sweetie healthy to be around a long time.

Favorite Foods:

Waldorf Astoria Red Velvet Cake is by far my favorite food. I only make it once a year at Christmas and even then I make sure there will be plenty of company to help eat it. Spinach Artickoke Dip runs a close second. I'll eat chicken any way you can think of to cook it.
