about me

I fell in love with cooking/baking years ago. I love trying new things. I have a picky family and sometimes they don't like what I make, but they do make an effort to try everything. I have to say they never turn down anything I bake! They are baked food junkies!! I enjoy reading others recipes and mixing them up. I like to take a little something from everyone. I am an expert at Cheesecakes! At least that is what everyone tells me. I get people calling me asking if I can make them one for their 'special' occation. Makes me feel good!! I do have to say I make a mean Turtle Cheesecake!!
My 5 yr old really like to help, so I am hoping to one day turn her into my lil chef! Glad to be here and find some new things to try!

Potatoes(baked not fried)
Strawberries
Banana's
Fresh seafood
And I always love a good steak!
