I am just learning to cook and have a lot to learn, but i enjoy learning new dishes to try. Making food that people love is a great feeling.

I love fresh foods... fresh salads, vegetables, seafood, etc. I also love very tender meats. My weakness is not sweets or chocolates but cheese.
