I currently live on the West Coast with my hublet, our kitty and our dog. And we cannot forget the fish who reside in the 55 gallon condo!
I adore cooking and feeding people; something that is hard to do here in "I can't eat or I might gain a 1/4 oz" land. I am from the Mid-West where we love to feed people and share our homes – I have managed to convert a few people in my tenure here.
I have a knack for being able to taste something, deconstruct the recipe and recreate it at home. It’s a wonderful gift! I can also make fat laden recipes healthier without most people knowing I did a thing. In my experience, what they don’t know prevents people from setting out with the expectation that that a recipe will be bad just because you used low fat ingredients.
