about me

I'm a novice cook — I've always resisted following recipes, but I've decided that I could use some discipline.
I have a 12 year old son who's a fairly picky eater, so I'm always on the lookout for stuff he'd like. He's still pretty much at the one-at-a-time stage — doesn't like casseroles, for instance.
Not much more to tell. Professionally, I'm a software QA engineer, which means I like recipes that are easy and quick.

Favorite Foods:

Pasta dishes of any kind
"Main dish" type of salads
Shrimp and fish, but mostly if someon ELSE cooks it!
