about me

Though I work full time, I love to cook for family and friends. I have noticed, in my area, every weekend the restaurants are full to overflowing. It seems people don't eat at home much. I love to try new recipes and share old ones. I like the "tried and true" recipes, so I appeciate the reviews. I cook more than I bake, I like to use the freshest ingredients I can find. I like to try more complex recipes, but I also like the "quick fixes" for good, but fast meals.

I am not a fan of sea urchin or bugs! Otherwise, I am pretty willing to try anything.
