about me

I am a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 1 sweet little boy. I am a hypnotist by trade and have also made my living in the past as a singer. Due to my recent change of residence I no longer work at my preferred occupation as the nearest city an hour drive. I now spend 99% of my time at home and enjoy cooking, baking, and gardening, and competing with our Arabian horses in combined driving events. I never usually stick to the recipies and am always testing new ways of doing things. I recently bought the two best tools for my kitchen this year, a commercial size Kitchen Aid mixer which has made my life so much easier, and a great Italian made expresso machine that brings me great pleasure as now I can enjoy a great late out in the woods!
