Love to collect recipes and love the Internet - a veritable treasure trove of recipes and friendships!
I have a penpal I met on a cooking forum and we've been writing for 6 years now!

I am a mom of three (One son's a chef!) and a Nana-Banana to five little monsters.....er, cute kiddies. I live in Florida with my sweetie of 43 years who still chases me around the house and I still let him catch me!
Life is so GOOD!
I plan that my epitath will be
"How sad I am to leave this beautiful world."

Favorite Foods:

Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers ( a Rhode Island specialty - my former home)
Popcorn with lots of BUTTER
Chicken - any way you make it, but especially fried! I use Paula Deen's recipe! And barbecued on the grill!
And Buffalo-style wings! Ohhhh, yeah!
Cheese and (summer) tomato sandwiches with mayonnaise on soft white homemade bread - Yum!
Eggs - any and all ways!
Porterhouse steaks on the grill with baked potatoes and sour cream!
And oh my - CHOCOLATE!!!
Now that I think of it, I like ANYTHING and EVERYTHING except okra and cooked peppers or anything fat-free!
