about me

I'm just taking up cooking. I live with about six other people and we all take turns cooking every night. So I got bored of the same old, same old stuff and decided to start exploring the world of cooking. I wanted somewhere I could ask questions. As well as somewhere that had lots of recipe's so I can mix it up. Presentation is my favorite thing about cooking. (besides eating it of course) So I like fancy things that aren't super hard to make. If you want to talk or give me any tips just send me a z-mail and we'll converse!

Favorite Foods:

I don't really have a favorite food. More like... Favorite ingredients. Like mushrooms, and chicken, steak, rice, most soups I love, onions either chopped and sauteed or cooked in some fashion, cheese, I love cheese. Those are some of my favorite ingredients but I'll eat just about anything, and I'll TRY everything once.
