I've always enjoyed cooking and this site has really helped my creativity. I've found some wonderful receipes and take great joy when someone asks where I learned how do cook something that it's "a secret."

Favorite Foods:

NY Cheesecake, ribs, rib roast, Spanish tortilla, roast chicken, rice, twice baked potatoes, breakfast foods like French Toast, apple pie, Mexican food, anything with full flavor. Open to experiment and like fresh ingredients for everything.
