I'm newly married to the most wonderful man in the world, who also happens to be in the Army. As a result, I'm always looking for easy, delicious, and varied recipes to make things a little less hectic, both when he's home and when he's away. I'm a pianist and a singer, and am currently finishing obtaining my Bachelor's degree. I've done administrative work with human rights groups, which I hope to continue in a larger capacity after I graduate. I also have a serious chronic illness, so finding easy and even prepare-ahead meals is EXTRA important!
Basically everything, but especially Indian, sushi, Middle Eastern, Mexican, any other type of Asian food, and TRUE Cincinnati Cheese Coneys! For the best ones ever, try Dixie Chili in Newport, KY. My favorite dishes to cook are probably anything baked or dessert-like (especially flan or crème brûlée). I also love improvising pasta dishes, but I'll cook just about anything, because the end-result of eating what I've cooked is always worth it. ![]()
