I could best be described as "The Spicy and Nutty Willy Wonka", a corporate sales and marketing executive from the spice, nut and chocolate industries. After cooking my way through college, and then wearing the corporate suit for many years, I've realized that I'd rather embrace a pressure cooker in the kitchen as oppossed to the one in the boardroom.

Favorite Foods:

Anything and everything related to great, signatuare chocolate. I love french cuisine,especially the breads and pastries, but also adore hot and spicy cooking as well. My favorites tend to be good, old fashioned comfort foods.....macaroni and cheese, beef bourguignonne, savory meatloaf, roasted chicken, cassoulet, bread pudding, fresh fruit desserts, carrot cake, etc............ but crafted with unique and updated techniques and ingredients.
