I live in Richardson Texas, and I am a Territory Manager with US Foodservice one of the larger full line distributors in the country. We service white tablecloth restaurants, caterers, and country clubs, as well as healthcare, barbeque restaurants, Mexican and other ethic restaurants, the works! I have been with USFoods for only a couple of years. The family business for which I was the Director of Sales for over 20 years closed, and I went to work for one of the "big guys". I adore what I do; it's a new experience every day. My specialty experience has brought a new type of customer to our division, and it's fun! I have been in the food industry for all of my working life (30 years) and am passionate about good food and good wine. My husband of mearly 21 years and I love to entertain friends at home. To tell what my favorite cookbook is would be like asking a mother of many who is her favorite child. My favorite child (we have only one) is a feisty red head with gorgeous blue eyes. He is the light of our lives. I would adore going to a cooking school in Tuscany, then Greece, then spend time in the UK, Israel, Spain, Southern France and I think that would take longer than a month off...Pet Peeves? Waiters who "auction" your food. ("who had the chicken?")

Favorite Foods:

I love to prepare rack of lamb and tenderloin of beef. I am famous for my ceaser salad, as well as my strudel, matzo balls, challah. There are others, but I feel like I am bragging too much as it is. (I don't get to talk about "me" alot..). As for my favorite restaurant, again, that would be like picking a favorite child. I love Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian, etc.
